Northwest Pipe Company manufactures welded steel pipe in three business segments: Water Transmission, Tubular Products and Fabricated Products. In its Water Transmission business, Northwest Pipe supplies large-diameter, high-pressure steel pipe used primarily for water transmission to customers in the United States and Canada. During the year ended December 31, 2005, Water Transmission revenues represented approximately 70% of the Company's net sales Tubular Products, 25% and Fabricated Products, 5%. (Mkt.
